Wisteria Cottage

The foundations of this cottage are said to date back to King Henry VI. Original beams and wattle & daub walls have been discovered. The house is now listed, timber framed and redbrick circa 17th century. It takes its name from an ancient wisteria covering an outside wall. This used to be a farm too, with living quarters, cattle pen, and barn all in the one building.

View from road only.
